When we work with adults with braces on the outside of teeth, we usually recommend our patients ceramic brackets. These brackets are tooth coloured and therefore relatively inconspicuous. For patients who value the fact that the braces are completely invisible, we recommend the lingual braces on the inside of the teeth.
