What to do if your teeth are completely crooked and tight and there is not enough space for all your teeth? Our goal is to always keep all teeth and to avoid tooth extraction as much as possible. In our practice for orthodontics in Munich-Unterföhring we can offer you special braces (Distaljet, Pendulum, Beneslider, Lipbumper), with which the necessary space can often be created even if there is not a lot of space in the beginning.
Usually, these braces work on the following principle: First, the molars are moved backwards. The resulting space can then be used to resolve the crowding in the incisor area.
